Isabelle, Jérôme and their two children take pleasure in welcoming you to their gîte, wich is available just for  weekends or alternatively on a weekly basis.
Our gîte has been completely renovated in the traditional old style of the Saumur region, with exposed stonework and oak beams. It is situated in the beautiful surroundings of our own stud farm, so whether you are interested in horses or not, you will love being close to nature in this peaceful countrysind setting with its weeping willows, lime trees and ponds, and of course, a castel in the background. We have enjoyed living here for many years.

We are 20 minutes from Saumur, 30 minutes from Angers and 50 minutes from Tours (RyanAir flights every day from Stansted). Paris can be reached in just over an hour by train. There is plenty to see in the locality - chateaux, vineyards, the Cadre Noir, museums, art galleries and freshwater lakes with beaches.
The famous Baugé gold course is 10 minutes away.
The gîte is fully equipped and offers maximum comfort. It has a magnificent fireplace made of tuffeau (the local white stone) and bricks from the nearby town of Durtal, a very large kitchen with all electric appliances and an italian style shower room. It is able to sleep 4-6 people all year round, with or without their horses. In house qualified riding instruction is available at all levels of competence.
There are 21 large boxes for equine visitors, 2 outdoor school and miles of off-road hacking through the pretty countryside of the Loire Valley.
